    1. How did it go?

  1. Vertical Dreams - Vertical dreams – Saturday April 5 (8 – 11:00).
    1. How did it go?

                                                              i.      Received a lot of positive feedback. 

                                                            ii.      It was really cool

                                                          iii.      Biggest turn out of any event

    1. What should we do different next time?

                                                              i.      Only issue was that a few people didn’t receive e-mail. In future, would be much better to use a Pack-wide database and the coordinator e-mail everyone directly themselves vs. relying on leaders to do so.

                                                            ii.      Melissa offered to organize it again next year.

                                                          iii.      Make it more clear that people can invite friends

    1. Nancy will set up an alias for the Pack that only a couple people can send to.  This will prevent people from replying to all and causing a bunch of email.
  2. Camp
a.      Camp is $255 this year, $50 per kid and $50 per extra leader due by March 15 and balance by May 15.
b.      Schedule:  July 20 - 24
                                                              i.       Sunday – Check-in, swim test, etc.
                                                            ii.      Monday Night - Ice Cream Social
                                                          iii.       Tuesday Night - Medieval Dinner (you can wear Medieval clothing if you wish)and Camp wide event
                                                          iv.       Wednesday - Packout (move to Wednesday to curb home sickness)
                                                            v.       Thursday - BBQ from 5:45 - 6:30
c.       Other:
                                                              i.       Whittling Chip is only for Bear and Webelos this year.
                                                            ii.       New forms required for Epi-pens and Inhalers (require Dr. Signature)
                                                          iii.       If you carry Epi-pen or inhaler, you need to bring two.  1-for the child, 1-for the health lodge.

                                                          iv.      Mike will get something in school news and tri-town – include “how to June”

                                                          vi.      Den leaders mention at Den meetings

                                                        vii.      Give handouts to kids if they want to give to their friends on how to join.
