to help Deb decorate the trailer or at least offer help.

Do candy again
but save some to give to kids after the corner.

Police kids not
to throw at vehicles, dogs, etc.

Went well.

Get flyers printed from council next year- They do the fancy
ones for free.
ii.
Put flyers in newsletter.
iii.
Don’t do spring membership drive but do put contact on TV
for those who are looking.

Den setup went well.
ii.
Got 2 new volunteers.
i.
Make sure “no kids” is better communicated or have a
chaperone
ii.
Have a den leader, meeting parent group time
iii.
Make sure Den leaders get list of their kids and phone
numbers at den setup.

Sue will email hers tonight
ii.
Mike will order instant recognition kits tonight
iii.
Katie was very impressed with

Ted will check into mess kits, still looking.

Should we do a prize for 2 hours?

Ted will get “Knots and how to tie them” for all boys who
sold at show’n’sell no matter how many hours.

Ted will check into mess kits for those with 4 hours.

Ted will get them for the November Pack meeting but try for
the October meeting. Books will be
available for October.

Leaders, Den Leaders call their dens.
Must have all contact info for everyone to have. All communication needs to be done by 5:00
for a meeting that evening.

Can do Michelle’s Menagerie for $155. Choose between American, Desert, or
Rainforest animals.

Should parents sign a release to touch animals – Eric will

Eric will get a box for donations and bring to pack meeting

i. Leaders need badges submitted committee meeting prior to pack meeting in writing. Den leaders need to keep a copy.)
