  1. November Pack Meeting

  1. December Pack Meeting
    1. From November:

                                                              i.      Meeting is December 16 at Chester Academy – Please let your dens know.

    1. Updates

                                                              i.      Red Cross did not get back to Sue about helping folks in western NH although she bugged them quite a bit

                                                            ii.      We had an idea to have Santa come to the meeting but decided not to due to logistics

                                                          iii.      We will do something to help Mathew Newnan

1.      Kevin will send a list of things Mathew needs to each den leader and divvy it up.  Each den will bring some stuff.

2.  Kevin will bring some boxes.

3.  Each Den make a card at their den meeting and bring to pack meeting.  Each child can make one if they want.

                                                          iv.      We will play Candy Bar Bingo (Scout)

1.      Every scout bring a candy bar – No Peanuts – check label.

2.      Siblings welcome to play, bring candy bar.

3.      Den leaders or kids bring pencils.

4.      Eric will print cards.

5.      Tammy will bring a bingo balls.

6.      Eric will bring Xmas CDs

7.      Ted will bring portable CD player

  1. January Pack Meeting
    1. Ideas

                                                               i.      HAM Radio – Sheldon is looking into this

1.      Keep to 15-20 minutes

2.      May be able to bring in some equipment and do a demo

3.      May be able to bring in some antique radios

                                                             ii.      Den 2 will do a flag ceremony and explanation of flag and folding it

                                                            iii.      Den 3 will do a skit

                                                           iv.      Den 1 will do a skit

                                                             v.      Ted, Eric, and Justin will look into a game (may use at a different meeting)

    1. Date Change

                                                              i.      Feb17 is confirmed

                                                            ii.      March 24 is confirmed

                                                              i.      Indoor Olympics – Eric will provide more details.

  1. Popcorn Sales
    1. Updates

                                                              i.      Julie is finding the dates for prizes and will let us know

                                                            ii.      Most $$ has been collected, still need $583 but has collected over $4,700

                                                          iii.      Justin will try to get rest of popcorn

                                                          iv.      Need a volunteer for a Kernel for next year – Only need organizational skills and computer

  1. Re-chartering
    1. From November:

                                                               i.      Need to complete list of who is in/out

1.      Needs to be done in December

2.      Justin needs sign up forms for current scouts at December pack meeting

3.      Justin is working with the charter org (Church) to get everything he needs

4.      For next year we need to get all apps in by November pack meeting

  1. November 9 Roundtable
    1. How did it go, what were the important points?

                                                              i.      Not much on agenda

                                                            ii.      Justin worked on re-chartering

                                                          iii.      Let Justin know who wants training

                                                          iv.      No Tiger cub winter carnival.  It will be combined with the cub scouts.  This takes place Saturday Feb 11 from 9-3.  Costs $5 per participant if registered by Feb 3 ($7 after that).

  1. December 14 Roundtable
    1. Who wants to attend?

                                                              i.      Justin will go to this meeting.  Others are welcome to attend as well.

  1. Pinewood Derby (possible date change?)
    1. Date

                                                              i.      Move to Thursday April 21.  Ted will check to see if we can get that date
